Project Coordinator III

About the Role

Join a fast-paced entertainment technology team driving the launch and discovery of content through AI-powered workflows and automation. This team owns programming strategy, technical enablement, and the end-to-end user journey for a major content platform and AI-driven "vibe coding" is central to how they operate, accelerating production timelines and scaling quality across active projects.

You'll own the development and maintenance of internal sites that surface real-time project updates from a cloud management system, while coordinating cross-functional workstreams with content producers, developers, and technical partners.

What You'll Do

• Use approved AI coding tools to vibe code features and submit diffs for internal project-tracking sites
• Drive development workflows using AI tools (Claude Code, Gemini, and similar LLM-based assistants) to accelerate production timelines and cut manual overhead
• Coordinate project workstreams across content producers, developers, and cross-functional partners owning alignment on deliverables and timelines
• Build and maintain automation connecting internal tracking sites to internal CMS for real-time status reporting
• Rapidly prototype and integrate AI capabilities into daily operations from code generation to documentation to stakeholder communication
• Work directly with platform and developer teams on feature enhancements
• Monitor site performance and data accuracy, flagging issues to key stakeholders
• Track and submit fixes for platform bugs via diffs, alerting affected teams
• Maintain current, accessible project documentation for project leads
• Support onboarding of teams to new product requirements and AI tool adoption

What You Bring

• Demonstrated proficiency with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Gemini, or equivalent LLM-based development assistants)
• Experience submitting diffs and working within code review workflows
• Experience building and maintaining web applications or sites
• Proven ability to coordinate project workstreams tracking deliverables, timelines, and cross-functional dependencies
• Experience integrating AI into production pipelines and development operations
• Familiarity with project management systems and how they connect to production tooling
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
• Clear, confident communicator who thrives in cross-functional environments
• 3 years of experience in application development, vibe coding, project coordination, or a related field

Nice to Have

• Design experience (UX patterns, interaction design, or visual production for digital products)
• Background in entertainment, production studios, or streaming services
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with agent-based workflows, prompt engineering, or AI code generation at scale
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
