Project Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION

Project Coordinator Key Responsibilities:

Support end-to-end coordination of retail solution projects, ensuring timely execution and delivery
Maintain and update project trackers, schedules, and status reports using Microsoft Excel
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project progress, billing, inventory, and service metrics
Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and discrepancies, and provide actionable insights
Build and manage Excel dashboards using PivotTables, formulas, and data validation techniques
Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across multiple systems and reports
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, logistics, field services) to collect and validate project data
Track milestones, monitor risks, and escalate issues impacting timelines or deliverables
Support billing and invoicing by validating service data and reconciling reports
Document processes and assist in improving reporting efficiency and standardization


MANDATORY SKILLS

Core Skills:

Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards)
High attention to detail and data accuracy
Organizational and multitasking abilities
Effective communication and stakeholder coordination
