Position SummaryThe Project Coordinator will support multiple operational and safety-related initiatives within a Maintenance & Operations organization. This role will primarily focus on supporting workplace safety programs and coordinating materials and inventory management activities within an operational facility.The successful candidate will work closely with site leadership and program stakeholders to help strengthen safety culture, support operational improvements, and address inventory and material management processes identified through internal reviews and audits.This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both leadership teams and represented employees.Key ResponsibilitiesSafety Program CoordinationSupport and coordinate workplace safety program initiatives and related projects. Collaborate with leadership and program stakeholders to promote safety awareness and continuous improvement. Assist with safety communications, project tracking, documentation, and employee engagement activities. Help maintain and strengthen a safety-first culture across operations teams. Support compliance initiatives and follow-up actions related to operational safety programs. Inventory & Materials ManagementConduct an initial inventory assessment of materials located within operational storage areas. Organize, document, and track inventory and material locations. Develop and implement processes to maintain accurate inventory records and material accountability. Support corrective actions associated with audit findings and operational reviews. Coordinate with operations personnel to ensure proper material handling and storage practices. Project & Operational SupportMaintain project documentation, schedules, status reports, and tracking logs. Coordinate activities across multiple operational and administrative teams. Communicate project updates and operational information clearly and professionally. Ensure assigned tasks and deliverables are completed accurately and within established timelines.
