About Our Client
My client is a Kansas City based energy performance contractor founded 14 years ago. They run as a design build/construction management firm with in-house engineering projects. They specialize in the Education and Public project sectors in addition to remodels, HVAC, lighting, and water upgrades.
Job Description
Coordinate project schedules and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Maintain and organize project documentation and records.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Monitor project progress and provide updates to relevant parties.
Assist in preparing project reports and presentations.
Support the team in resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with company policies and project requirements.
Provide general administrative support to the construction team as needed.

The Successful Applicant
Construction industry experience
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in project management software and tools, specifically Procore
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project needs
