  • Prepare and document procurement requests, including cost justifications and supporting documentation.
  • Monitor team resource allocation, bandwidth capacity, and staffing forecasts for upcoming projects.
  • Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams, stakeholders, vendors, and procurement partners.
  • Support Agile project delivery practices, including Scrum or Kanban workflows.
  • Identify project risks, resolve issues proactively, and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, status updates, reporting, and change tracking.
  • Stay current on Jira platform enhancements, Agile best practices, and evolving procurement processes.

Required Skills/Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
  • 3+ years of project coordination or project management experience, ideally supporting learning & development, training operations, PMO, or technical program environments.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project.
  • Experience supporting project budgeting, procurement coordination, resource planning, and reporting activities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
