Description
Our client, a Health Insurance company, is looking for a Project Coordinator for their Remote location.
Responsibilities:
Engagement Description/ Scope Of Work:
Microsoft Project coordination including resource management and hours monitoring
Coordination and tracking of multiple projects, inter-dependent milestones and deliverables
Assist with the facilitation and coordination of project staffing plans including forecasting and resource on-boarding and off-boarding scheduling
Assist in the change request management process including adhering to documentation standards, maintaining CR logs
Maintenance of deliverable repository in SharePoint
Miscellaneous administrative support to facilitate the successful completion of project deliverables
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year prior project experience in successfully supporting Delivery Managers and Leads in a project coordinator role including assisting project and program managers in creating and maintaining project planning documents (i.e. project schedule, work plans, change controls, reports, etc.)
Minimum 1 year project experience in supporting an IT Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) project process
Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, Visio and SharePoint skills along with excellent note taking, documentation and issue/action/decision tracking experience
1 year of relevant technical or business work experience required
Basic knowledge of business operations and systems requirement processes
Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong organizational and follow-through skills, and particularly strong attention to detail
Ability to work effectively with multiple project managers, delivery and team leads
Ability to perform as a self-starter, with motivation to consistently produce high quality results
Experience with a healthcare payer and/or Medicare Advantage
Experience executing per Client Corporate Project Services Standards and Guidelines
Experience as a Business Analyst documenting requirements
Experience with resource management
Project financial management, requirements gathering and documentation
