Seeking an experienced IT Project Coordinator to support a large-scale MacBook deployment and refresh program within a complex enterprise environment. This role will manage deployment data, coordinate device lifecycle activities, track inventory and asset recovery, and provide reporting on program progress.
Requirements:
3+ years of IT project coordination with related technology deployment experience (i.e. deployment scheduling, readiness, user validation, endpoint rollouts, or device logistics).
2+ years supporting IT asset lifecycle management, including hardware inventory, tracking, recovery, or reconciliation.
2+ years managing deployment data, trackers, dashboards, and status reporting using Excel or similar tools.
Experience supporting MacBook/macOS deployments, device refreshes, or enterprise endpoint programs.
Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT asset management/inventory platforms.
Responsibilities:
Manage deployment lists, schedules, user assignments, readiness, and completion tracking across multiple sites.
Track MacBook inventory and reconcile deployed devices against returned or retired technology assets.
Maintain accurate deployment records for transfers, cancellations, exceptions, and scope changes.
Develop dashboards and recurring reports covering deployment progress, asset recovery, risks, and discrepancies.
Coordinate across technology, logistics, workplace services, and business teams to resolve issues and maintain deployment schedules.
Preferred Requirements:
Experience coordinating deployment readiness, scheduling, user validation, or device logistics.
Experience supporting asset documentation, audit, or compliance activities.
