Project Coordinator

Location: Remote
Pay Rate: $49-$81/hour
Position Type: Long-Term Contract

System One is seeking a Project Coordinator to support a major advanced energy project. This role will partner with project managers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to help ensure successful project execution, schedule adherence, budget control, and delivery of key project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution activities
• Track project performance, costs, schedules, and deliverables
• Analyze schedule and cost variances and assist with corrective action planning
• Maintain project documentation, records, and risk registers
• Coordinate with project teams, PMO staff, and contract administrators
• Assist with resource planning and project reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of project management, project coordination, or project delivery experience
• Experience supporting multidisciplinary project teams
• Knowledge of project scheduling, budget controls, and EVMS principles
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, and Visio
• Experience with Confluence, Jira, and/or Primavera P6 is a plus
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
