Job Title: Project Coordinator / PMO Coordinator

Location: Hybrid (4 Days Onsite, 1 Day Remote)

Responsibilities

\n

• \n
• Maintain project plans, schedules, and RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions).
• \n
• Coordinate with business, IT, finance, supply chain, and data migration teams.
• \n
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and track action items.
• \n
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and sign-off documentation.
• \n
• Assist with change management, training coordination, and stakeholder communications.
• \n
• Track project budgets, resources, and vendor activities.
• \n
• Prepare project status reports and dashboards for leadership teams.
• \n
• Identify risks and issues and escalate them to the Project Manager.
• \n

Requirements

\n

• \n
• 1-3 years of Project Coordination or Project Management experience.
• \n
• Experience supporting ERP or large system implementation projects preferred.
• \n
• Knowledge of SAP or S/4HANA is a plus.
• \n
• Experience with MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar project management tools.
• \n
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• \n
• Experience with risk tracking, status reporting, and stakeholder management.
• \n
• CAPM or PMP certification (or pursuing certification) is a plus.
• \n
