Project Coordinator

Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Project Coordinator specializing in HVAC systems and Sage100 software. This position is located in California and is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to apply their skills in a dynamic and growing company.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage project documentation and coordination with a focus on the commercial construction sector.
• Utilize Sage software to log Requests for Information (RFIs), track submittals, and allocate labor hours accurately to project cost codes.
• Leverage strong technical HVAC industry knowledge to support project management teams.
• Streamline workflows and administrative tasks to enhance team productivity and project efficiency.
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure project timelines and goals are met.

Requirements:

• Minimum education requirement is a high school diploma.
• 2+ years of experience in the commercial construction sector, particularly with HVAC projects.
• Proficiency in using Sage100 software for project coordination and management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Required Work Hours:

Monday to Friday, during first shift hours.

Additional Details:

The salary range for this position is $27.00 to $30.00 per hour. The role requires approximately 0% travel time, allowing the Project Coordinator to focus on onsite responsibilities and coordination efforts.
