CTG's long-standing Fortune 500 client is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support enterprise IT projects in a fast-paced environment. This role partners closely with Project Managers, Finance and Performance Leads, business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendor partners to ensure successful project delivery, financial tracking, testing coordination, and project governance. Type: Contract Job Title: Project Coordinator Location: Remote. Considering candidates in all US locations; must be willing to support EST. Candidates local to Corning, NY or Charlotte, NC preferred. Pay Rate: $21.54/hour - $40.89/hour Work Hours: M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related technical field required. Key Responsibilities Support Project Managers with planning, execution, tracking, and reporting activities. Manage project financial forecasts, budgets, and spending trackers. Monitor project schedules, dependencies, risks, and action items. Coordinate testing activities, test planning, defect management, and quality reporting. Maintain project documentation repositories and ensure information accuracy. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and cross-functional coordination efforts. Develop project presentations, status reports, and stakeholder communications. Collaborate with business, technical, vendor, and leadership teams to drive project success. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience supporting IT projects in a Project Coordinator, Project Analyst, or related role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. Strong financial management and budgeting experience related to projects. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Strong facilitation, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Planview resource and financial management tools. Experience with Micro Focus Quality Center or similar testing/quality management platforms. Power BI reporting and dashboard development experience. Familiarity with Confluence, Planview AgilePlace, and Agile project management tools. Knowledge of automated testing methodologies and tools. Agile, Scrum, or Project Management certifications.
