Job Overview:
Pay Range: $21.00hr - $26.00hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- 3+ years of experience.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with project management.
- Knowledge of MS Project.
- Strong analytical skills, with MS Excel expertise including pivot tables.
- Flexible and able to adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic and changing environment.
- Ability to work 3 days onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain all procedural and administrative aspects of the project and serve as the designated point-of-contact for procedural issues.
- Prepare records of project activities and oversee the timely processing and delivery of required materials.
- Manage the project plan and monitor project status to ensure progress toward completion.
- Modify project plans and coordinate changes with participants in response to unforeseen developments.
- Verify and analyze the accuracy of all data and information used or generated by the project.
- Resolve any discrepancies or problems related to project data.
- Manage project metrics from the project plan to any systems being used by the project.
- Prepare financial reconciliation for the project budget and actual invoices received.
- Coordinate internal billing and solve any issues or discrepancies.
- Perform tasks required by the Project Management Office.
- Coordinate project plan updates with the team and send reports on upcoming activities.
- Maintain and update the deliverables scorecard.
- Report metrics from SAP Solman and other project activities such as BPRDs, RICEF, and Legacy evaluation.
- Compile status reports from all teams into a single draft.
- Accrue monthly expenses that have not been invoiced for control purposes.
- Coordinate direct billing for travel expenses.
- Report time metrics, approve delegated time, and follow up on delinquent time entries.
- Update team lists, email lists, and materials on the shared drive.
