Job Description
The Project Coordinator provides essential support to both the Operations and Estimating departments. This role involves managing project documentation, delivering materials to job sites, preparing and submitting bid packages, and performing a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth project execution.

Duties and Responsibilities
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for, but not limited to:
  • Preparing project invoices and facilitating change orders
  • Accurately generating waste profiles and manifests
  • Securing necessary permits
  • Obtaining material and subcontractor quotes for bid packages
  • Answering incoming calls and communicating directly with vendors, subcontractors, and clients
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned by management
