Job Description
The Project Coordinator provides essential support to both the Operations and Estimating departments. This role involves managing project documentation, delivering materials to job sites, preparing and submitting bid packages, and performing a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth project execution.

Duties and Responsibilities
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for, but not limited to:
  • Preparing project invoices and facilitating change orders
  • Accurately generating waste profiles and manifests
  • Securing necessary permits
  • Obtaining material and subcontractor quotes for bid packages
  • Answering incoming calls and communicating directly with vendors, subcontractors, and clients
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned by management


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proficiency with computer software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, and related programs
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent follow‑up skills
  • High attention to detail, strong time‑management abilities, and effective communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and respond to client needs in a fast‑paced environment
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Demonstrates initiative, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude

Education and Training
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
