About the Company
Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team for 3-4 months to cover for someone who will be on leave.
Our client is looking for a Project Coordinator to support multiple ongoing technology projects. In this role, you’ll help keep tasks organized, track progress, coordinate with teams, and assist Project Managers during software implementations.
Support 6–8 active projects by tracking tasks, timelines, and deliverables
Assist with software-related projects (implementations, integrations, upgrades)
Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors
Schedule meetings, document action items, and follow up on next steps
Update project plans, reports, and status dashboards
Help keep projects on track by flagging risks, changes, or delays
1–2+ years experience in project coordination or similar support role
Familiarity with software projects or tech environments
Comfortable juggling multiple priorities
Experience using project management tools (Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, etc.)
Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
Background supporting IT, help desk, or system administration teams
Knowledge of Agile or other project methodologies
