Work Setting: Onsite in office in Juno Beach, or on construction sites, travel is included and it varies depending on where the site is, but it’s flexible as to the amount of travel.

Our Client is hiring a Project Coordinator20754 Required: • Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Juno Beach, FL.
• Experience with Project management or project coordination (1+ years).
• Experience with Overseeing contractor execution.
• Experience with Microsoft Project.
• Experience with Smartsheet.
• Associate's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Land Surveying, or a related field.
20754 Preferred: • Experience with Utility, construction, renewable energy, or North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) compliance projects.
• Project Management Professional (PMP).
20754 Responsibilities: • Support the planning and execution of multiple concurrent projects by coordinating cross-functional teams, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of project objectives.
• Maintain project schedules, track milestones, and manage project documentation.
• Facilitate status communications and identify risks.
• Support field execution activities.
• Build and maintain project schedules in Smartsheet, and engage with outside vendors to determine material availability and execution schedules.
• Support budget oversight, assist in contract management, and validate project execution against defined work scopes.
• Analyze key performance metrics, financial data, and operational trends to support strategic decision-making.

- Experience with project scheduling or cost-tracking tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, Procore)
- Experience in a client-facing or multi-stakeholder coordination role.
19797 Responsibilities:- Support day-to-day coordination of utility-scale solar and energy storage construction projects located across the U.S.;
- Collaborate with developers, engineers, and analysts to track project progress and deliverables;
- Assist in monitoring project schedules, budgets, and estimating activities;
- Build understanding of project workflows and support day-to-day project management processes;
- Travel to construction project sites as needed to support on-site activities (travel varies by project location);
- Work from the Juno Beach, FL office when not traveling to project sites;
- Develop toward a Project Manager career path through hands-on training and mentorship.
