Project Coordinator

We are seeking a Part-Time Project Coordinator to support a time-sensitive initiative focused on implementing a standardized WiFi landing page across a large network of hotel properties. This individual will play a key role in driving adoption by communicating directly with hotels, tracking progress, and ensuring each property completes the required update.

This is a highly communication-focused role that will involve regular outbound calls and follow-up with hotel leadership. The Project Coordinator will maintain detailed compliance records, provide hotels with clear instructions, document completion, and escalate questions or issues when additional support is needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact hotel properties to communicate WiFi landing page requirements and provide clear instructions for completing the update.

• Track compliance progress across approximately 1,000 properties and follow up on outstanding requirements.
• \n
• Maintain accurate project records, including outreach attempts, hotel contacts, outcomes, follow-up needs, and compliance status.
• \n
• Communicate professionally with General Managers and other hotel stakeholders through phone and email.
• \n
• Collect and document hotel confirmation that required WiFi landing page updates have been completed.
• \n
• Create and maintain forms, spreadsheets, and other documentation used to support compliance tracking.
• \n
• Identify questions or issues requiring additional support and escalate them to the appropriate internal team.

• Provide accurate project status updates and help keep the initiative on schedule.
