Essential Functions
- Verify customer order information for correctness against previously obtained information.
- Maintain and monitor project plans and project schedules. Provide customer with routine feedback regarding the status of their projects.
- Receive and respond to customer requests.
- Attend and participate in stakeholder meetings. Follow up on action items, as needed.
- Liaise with production and engineering departments to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
- Develop project strategies.
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
- Ensure all project requirements are met, and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
Required & Preferred Education/Experience/Skills
- 2 + years experience in an office or customer service environment
- responding to customer inquiries.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment or PCB assembly
- preferred.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Work Environment/Physical & Mental Requirements
- This position mainly operates in a professional office environment and may need to enter the manufacturing floor as needed.
- Constantly operates a computer.
- Needs to frequently communicate job related information to other employees and/or customers.
