Job title : Project coordinator

Job Description:

Reporting to the General Manager of the Canadian market, this role works closely with the Sales and Operations teams, serving as a link between the needs of Sales/Wellness Advocates and operational realities.

Job Responsibilities:

Support the Operations Supervisor in the daily management of products available in the Canadian market (excess reports, expiration dates, availability reports, etc.)

Contribute to problem-solving related to order delays and/or shipping issues

Provide sales reports during promotional periods

Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to implement strategies, promotions, and offers based on inventory availability and/or sales results

Ensure effective communication between Corporate Headquarters and Wellness Advocates, including drafting and updating communications via Team App

Coordinate monthly calls between the Canadian market and Corporate Headquarters (invitations, logistics, agenda, and Canva presentations)

Provide monthly sales reports and ensure follow-up related to rank advancements and recognition

Collaborate with the Account Manager team on various projects (month-end: backdating, anniversary promotions, etc.)

Produce the monthly sales newsletter for Wellness Advocates in the Canadian market

Support the Sales team with the execution of corporate events (e.g., product requisitions)

Provide various support to the VP of Sales (e.g., preparing reports based on preferred sales tactics)

Develop Canva presentations

Support leaders during event seasons

Build strong relationships with Wellness Advocates

Organize conference calls and distribute call notes

Assist with other projects and responsibilities as needed

Job Qualifications:

1+ years of relevant experience

Ability to establish positive, collaborative, and effective professional relationships

Strong written communication skills

Dynamic, positive, and proactive personality with the ability to communicate effectively, address concerns, and solve problems strategically

Strong understanding of doTERRAs operational environment and ability to manage priorities effectively

Experience in the direct selling industry and customer service is an asset

Proficiency in DataTrax, Tableau (training provided), Excel, and Canva, with availability to work full-time

Excellent organizational and time management skills
