WHAT YOULL DO
Coordinate cross-functional meetings by preparing agendas, taking meeting notes, tracking action items, and following up on deliverables.
Manage project timelines, annual reporting activities, and multiple priorities by coordinating inputs, review cycles, and key milestones.
Develop and maintain process documentation, templates, workflows, and reporting materials to improve consistency and operational efficiency.
Prepare, edit, and format reports, presentations, and communications while gathering and organizing information from multiple internal and external sources.
Maintain project tracking tools and shared documentation while identifying opportunities to improve workflows, documentation, and recurring processes.
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Administration, Economics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination, program coordination, operations support, reporting support, or a similar role.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities, track deadlines, and maintain detailed documentation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing meeting notes, summaries, presentations, and process documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint. Experience with Asana, Salesforce, or similar project management tools is highly preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position requires prolonged periods of sitting, working at a computer, and using standard office equipment. Occasional standing, walking, and lifting of office materials may be required, with infrequent travel to support business initiatives or industry events.
