Pay Rate: $26.33 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 10 am - 2 pm | OR 9 am - 1 pm | OR 10: 30 - 3:30 pm

Here's what we're looking for.

• Strong organizational, project coordination, and time management skills
• Excellent communication, follow-up, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project tracking tools
• Experience with project management, operations, HR administration, business coordination, or administrative support preferred
• Experience with inventory systems, website projects, Shopify, or process improvement initiatives is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy
• Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized with a strong sense of accountability
