Project Coordinator - Real Estate & Facilities

Project Management & Coordination
Assist in managing real estate and facilities projects
Maintain and update project schedules, timelines, and milestone trackers
Prepare and distribute project status reports, dashboards, and meeting minutes
Track deliverables and follow up with stakeholders to ensure accountability

Real Estate Administration
Support lease administration activities including critical date tracking, renewals, and correspondence
Maintain organized records for all real estate documents and contracts
Assist with site selection research and data gathering for new locations or expansions
Reporting & Budget Support
Create and manage purchase orders and invoice reconciliation
Assist in tracking project budgets
Support preparation of capital expenditure (CapEx) requests.

Must Have	Project management experience, detail-oriented
Technical Skills	Microsoft Office, SAP (nice to have), Real Estate Lease Management, Payments Process
