We are a growing, family-operated franchise with a real career path for people who want one.The RoleThe Project Coordinator keeps our reconstruction and remodeling jobs organized and moving. You are the connection point between the Project Manager, our trade partners, our suppliers, and the homeowner or property manager. You will track schedules, coordinate materials and selections, document job progress, and keep clients informed at every step.This is a junior position. We are not looking for someone who already knows everything - we are looking for someone motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the restoration and remodeling business from the inside. You report to the Reconstruction Project Manager.What You Will DoCoordinate daily job schedules with subcontractors, trade partners, and suppliersTrack material orders, deliveries, and client selections (cabinets, countertops, flooring, tile, paint, fixtures)Keep job files complete and current: photos, scopes, change orders, permits, certificates of insurance, and sign-offsCommunicate proactively with homeowners and property managers on status, next steps, and schedulingVisit active job sites across Miami Beach and Hialeah to verify progress, take documentation photos, and flag issues earlySupport the Project Manager with punch lists, walkthroughs, and final client sign-offAssist with permit applications and inspection schedulingEscalate delays, cost changes, or client concerns to the Project Manager the same dayWhat You BringFluent English is required. This role speaks with clients, adjusters, and property managers every day.Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred1-2 years of experience in construction, remodeling, or a related trade - field, office, or a mixWorking knowledge of residential construction and finish materials: kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, cabinetry, countertops, drywall, and paintStrong attention to detail; you notice when something is off before anyone tells youComfortable on the phone and in person with clients - you can hold a professional conversation and keep people calm and informedOrganized, self-starting, and reliable; you follow through without being chasedBasic computer skills and the willingness to learn our project softwareValid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation - this role travels between job sitesNice to HaveDegree or coursework in Construction Management, Building Construction, or Interior Design (FIU, MDC, and similar programs are a great fit)Experience with insurance restoration, Xactimate, or estimating softwareOSHA 10 or OSHA 30What We Offer$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experiencePaid training and Paul Davis national certification programsDirect mentorship from an experienced Reconstruction Project ManagerReal advancement path to Project Manager or Estimator for someone who performsA small, fast-moving team where your work is visible and your ideas countSchedule and LocationFull-time, Monday to Friday, on-site. Based in Miami-Dade with regular travel between our Miami Beach and Hialeah territories.
