Project Coordinator

What you will do:
Keep projects organized by tracking schedules, deadlines, action items, decisions, and potential roadblocks.
Partner with teams across the organization to coordinate tasks, gather updates, and support project success.
Facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, document action items, and follow up on next steps.
Organize and maintain project documentation, schedules, and key project records.
Develop project updates and dashboards that provide visibility into progress, milestones, and priorities.
Proactively identify potential roadblocks and help connect the right people to resolve them.
What we are looking for:
1-3 years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, operations, business systems, or a related professional environment.
Demonstrate the ability to organize and plan work, coordinate across teammates or functions, track commitments, and deliver results.
Experience supporting enterprise software implementation, business transformation, process-improvement initiative, field-service organization or construction-related business is preferred.
Comfortable facilitating project meetings, documenting action items, and following up with stakeholders to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
