Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
- Assist in the procurement and management of materials and resources.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Apply your construction estimating knowledge to support project budgeting and resource allocation.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu software.
- Previous experience in construction coordination or project management is preferred.
- Knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and estimating practices.
