ROLE SUMMARY
The Intersect Group is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support enterprise programs and projects by providing operational, financial, and administrative oversight. This role serves as a key partner to Project Managers and Program Managers, helping ensure projects are effectively planned, executed, monitored, and delivered according to established timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
The Project Coordinator will support project governance, financial tracking, resource planning, reporting, and portfolio management activities while maintaining accurate project data and documentation. This position plays a vital role in driving project consistency, improving visibility into project performance, and supporting successful delivery across multiple initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support Project Managers and Program Managers in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, timelines, and delivery baselines
Coordinate project governance activities, status reporting, roadmaps, documentation repositories, and project administration tasks
Partner with Finance to monitor project budgets, financial forecasts, and resource allocations throughout the project lifecycle
Maintain and administer project portfolio management tools, including Asana, to ensure accurate project tracking and reporting
Assist with risk management, stakeholder engagement, issue tracking, and project communication activities
Monitor project performance metrics, KPIs, milestones, and data quality to support informed decision making
Build and maintain consolidated project schedules while tracking progress against key deliverables and resource commitments
Facilitate collaboration across project teams using tools such as Asana, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, CRM platforms, and related project technologies
KEY REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of experience supporting project management, program management, PMO, or related business operations functions
Experience coordinating enterprise projects with responsibility for schedules, reporting, governance, and project documentation
Hands on experience with project portfolio management tools, preferably Asana
Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies, budgeting processes, resource planning, and project controls
Experience working with collaboration and reporting tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, CRM systems, or similar platforms
Ability to analyze project data, track KPIs, and prepare clear status updates for stakeholders and leadership teams
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative and customer focused approach
Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining accuracy, attention to detail, and accountability
