This full-time, flexible position offers the opportunity to work closely with merchants, ensuring their successful activation and continued support on our platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for regional grocery merchants.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Local Express and ensure seamless integration.
  • Conduct weekly calls with Local Express representatives to address outstanding tasks and blockers.
  • Collaborate with the Catalog team to resolve any issues with merchant data.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in project management or customer success with a client-facing role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Preferences

  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Ability to handle end-to-end onboarding, project management, and account management.
