Role Overview
As a Launch Specialist, you will travel across the country to onboard restaurant merchants and enhance their experience throughout their lifecycle on our platform. You will collaborate with various teams, including sales, account management, operations, product, and analytics, to build a delightful experience for our merchants.
Key Responsibilities
- Interface directly with merchant restaurants to improve their experience.
- Create and execute onboarding strategies for a seamless merchant experience.
- Conduct hands-on training and create materials for merchant staff.
- Oversee the implementation of digital ordering and SaaS tools.
- Identify opportunities to enhance merchant workflows and maximize revenue.
- Adapt quickly in an evolving work environment and contribute to company direction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5 years of experience in restaurant/bar management, customer support, or hospitality.
- Strong attention to detail and task completion skills.
- Excellent customer support skills, both external and internal.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with other departments.
Preferences
- Proactive nature, engaging at the lowest level of detail.
- Spanish fluency is a plus.
