Key Responsibilities

• Interface directly with merchant restaurants to enhance their experience on our platform.
• Create and execute onboarding strategies to deliver a seamless experience for merchants.
• Conduct hands-on training for merchant staff on new platforms.
• Develop training materials to support staff understanding and platform adoption.
• Learn and oversee the implementation of DoorDash software and SaaS tools.
• Identify and implement improvements in merchant workflows to maximize revenue.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of experience in restaurant/bar management, customer support, or hospitality.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks accurately and on time.
• Excellent customer support skills, both external and internal.
• Experience working cross-functionally with various departments.
• Proactive and detail-oriented approach.

Preferences

• Spanish fluency is a plus.
