Key Responsibilities
- Interface directly with merchant restaurants to enhance their experience on our platform.
- Create and execute onboarding strategies to deliver a seamless experience for merchants.
- Conduct hands-on training for merchant staff on new platforms.
- Develop training materials to support staff understanding and platform adoption.
- Learn and oversee the implementation of DoorDash software and SaaS tools.
- Identify and implement improvements in merchant workflows to maximize revenue.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5 years of experience in restaurant/bar management, customer support, or hospitality.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks accurately and on time.
- Excellent customer support skills, both external and internal.
- Experience working cross-functionally with various departments.
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach.
Preferences
- Spanish fluency is a plus.
