Volt is immediately hiring Project Coordinators in Spokane, WA.


The Project Coordinators will play a critical role in supporting project planning, scheduling, documentation control, vendor coordination, and contract administration. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a project coordination role, preferably within the IT infrastructure or application space, and will be comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment with multiple stakeholders.


This role is hybrid requiring 3 days a week onsite


As a Project Coordinator you will:



   Support development and maintenance of detailed project work plans, including schedule, cost plans, resource planning, contingency planning, and communication plans.   Maintain and manage project documentation control systems, including submittals, RFIs, change documents, and as-builts.   Monitor and analyze project performance related to scope, quality, cost, and schedule; escalate issues as needed.   Coordinate integration of vendor and contractor tasks; track and review vendor deliverables against project requirements.   Assist with project contract administration, including compliance tracking and documentation.   Support the Senior Project Manager in developing project strategy and business case justification.   Help adjust project scope, schedule, and budgets when required, ensuring alignment with overall objectives.   Communicate project direction, status, and risks to internal stakeholders.   Track key milestones, performance metrics, and recommend schedule or resource adjustments.   Maintain and update short- and long-term project budgets in collaboration with the project team.   Facilitate productive, well-organized project meetings and document action items.  

This is a full time opportunity.


The ideal candidate will have:
       2-3+ years of experience in a Project Coordinator or similar role (preferably in technology, telecom or utility environments).         Demonstrated experience supporting complex capital projects.   Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).   Experience with document control processes, including Submittals, RFIs, Change Orders, and As-builts.   Familiarity with contract administration and compliance tracking.   Experience with project startup, commissioning, closeout, and archiving.   Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.   Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.  


Pay Rate: $34.00-42.00/hour
