About You

We’re seeking a results-focused, innovative, self-driven, and well-qualified individual to join our talented team as our Project Coordinator. In this role, you will comprehensively support Production and Engineering and Sales by providing insight and updates regarding deliverables for active projects and purchase orders, demonstrating detail-oriented project organization and time management, tracking and documentation of processes, as well as vendor management in the design and production of customized assembly, fluid dispensing, robotics and UV-delivery systems, from concept to commercialization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet or exceed customer expectations, deadlines, and deliverables by balancing mechanical fundamentals with time and cost management, innovation, team communication, organizational and project management skills to deliver timely responses and deliverables to internal and external customers.
• Effectively manage the supply chain and vendor appropriation system by supporting the solicitation and evaluation of competitive quotes for fabrication, ensuring goods received meet specifications, tracking expenses against planned budgets, and acting on variances.
• Support, maintain, and validate legacy portfolios and new designs by facilitating design changes as required, upgrading and modifying specifications through documentation and by recording and keeping robust documentation through Engineering Change processes.
• Demonstrate accurate and reliable data entry and manipulation within GlobalShop ERP system by accessing, entering and producing accurate data for purchase orders, sales orders, coordinating production schedules, bills of material and routers for equipment production and procurement. Confirm and communicate production schedules status on a daily basis to meet timeline commitments.
• Ensure that customer expectations are met by comprehensively documenting project requirements and timelines in a project management system and communicating expectations and solutions between internal and external stakeholders, aligning Engineering and Technical teams, as well as vendors with our external commitments
• Provide insight and analysis of assemblies and components by reviewing drawings, prints, models and work instructions in support of engineering and production engineers, ensuring accurate documentation and insight gained through hands-on experience with products and consultation with vendors..
• Tracking and coordination of inventory and associated coordination of invoices and payments by using inventory data within the ERP system and manual audits of stock levels, and ensuring Finance team is receiving and sending invoices and payments.

Requirements

You should have:

• 3+ years of manufacturing or engineering experience and project management in related industries, preferably in manufacturing assembly and distribution of medical devices or industrial machinery, automation, robotics, or fluid control products.
• BS/technical degree or equivalent qualifications and experience in Supply Chain or Operations
• Project management expertise and proficiency in enterprise software programs, MS Office
• Some exposure to UV light, adhesives and chemicals, pressure vessels.
• Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment; communicating own ideas and gathering ideas of others, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and self-motivation, able to negotiate professionally and manage timelines

Salary: $72,000-$91,000

We take the compensation of our employees very seriously and considers several factors when determining the total compensation package, including but not limited to location, market range, skills, knowledge, experience, and abilities. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the company salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range. The range listed is just one component of company's total compensation packages for employees.
