Summary: Local candidates only. Position will be Hybrid-Expected onsite twice a week. Overall responsibility of processing project inquiries, applications and agreements and identifying interconnection issues for the Net Metering program. The position must work with solar, wind, small hydro and other renewable resource providers and Customers to plan and schedule Net Metering and Small Power projects and to track their progress to completion. The position will coordinate with the company's protection, metering and billing departments to assure a smooth interconnection for customers. High school diploma. Bachelor's degree in Business or other related field preferred. Typically 2 or more years of utility experience with 1 year of experience in a technical field; such as, energy efficiency, metering, facility operations, or other energy related field. Basic knowledge of business contracts or tariffs and good analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills. Excellent human relations skills with ability to deal with people at different levels. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Basic knowledge of marketing and sales processes and electrical power system. Roles & Responsibilities: Develop strategy and concepts to revamp current transportation electrification programs related to public and workplace charging. Develop and implement a new program for public charging located on poles. Project manage the development of future strategy and implementation plan, coordinating stakeholders in the development of the recommendation and plan. Assemble project teams to assist in the development of the pole charging program and assemble another project team to assist in developing the recommendation and implementation plan, including marketing, training and post-launch resource plans for public and workplace programs. Adhere to project and product development methodologies for governance, measurement and evaluation. Lead RFP process on assigned projects as needed. Manage relationships and performance contracts with vendors. Develop and effectively manage program development budgets; review and report on program revenue and expenses monthly. Prepare presentations and related communications for executives and external audiences. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma. Bachelor's degree in Business or other related field preferred.
