We are seeking an experienced BPA Coordinator to manage end-to-end Business Performance Assessment (BPA) requests, coordinate internal teams, support client presentations, and drive workflow efficiency and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate BPA intake, assignment, tracking, and completion.
Lead internal BPA review meetings and support client-facing presentations.
Present BPA findings and improvement opportunities to stakeholders and executive-level audiences.
Audit completed BPAs for accuracy, completeness, and quality.
Maintain BPA activity records in Salesforce and track weekly production metrics.
Coordinate with Account Representatives, analysts, and internal stakeholders.
Identify and follow up on prospecting opportunities to support business growth.
Align BPA activities with production targets and revenue objectives.

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of dealership operational experience, including at least 2 years in a management-level role (Sales/F&I, Accounting, Parts, or Service).
Strong understanding of dealership workflows, controls, and performance metrics.
Experience in process improvement, operational leadership, or consulting.
Strong analytical, facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
Proficiency with CDK applications relevant to dealership operations.
Ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
Willingness to travel up to 25%.
Valid passport for North American, Canadian, and Caribbean travel.

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior consulting or performance improvement experience.
Experience across multiple dealership departments.
Familiarity with OEM programs, warranty processes, and compliance frameworks.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Operations, Automotive Management, or a related field.
Experience with automation, digital workflows, or operational analytics.
