Project Coordinator

Our client, a manufacturing organization specializing in wire harnesses and tree equipment, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be part of the operations supporting supplier management, parts ordering, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and possess hands-on technical experience, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Project Coordinator

Location: Winn, Michigan

Pay Range: $32-38/hour

Shift: Monday – Friday (7am – 3pm or 8am – 4pm, flexible start times)

What's the Job?

• Coordinate with suppliers to manage wire harness orders and quotes
• Review and ensure quality of wire harnesses and related components
• Read and interpret technical prints and drawings
• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams
• Assist in finalizing quotes and managing project timelines

What's Needed?

• 3-5 years of project management or coordination experience
• Experience working with wire harnesses and reading technical prints/drawings
• Ability to communicate clearly with vendors and team members
• Open to travel using personal vehicle to job sites as needed
• Strong organizational skills and hands-on technical background
