Project Delivery - Copywriter: Healthcare Transaction Advisory Support

Warbird Healthcare Advisors is seeking an experienced Project Delivery Copywriter with a healthcare background to support merger, acquisition, and strategic transaction engagements. This role is responsible for developing clear, compelling, and analytically grounded written materials that present a healthcare organization's financial and operating performance to prospective buyers, partners, or investors.

The ideal candidate has direct experience drafting Confidential Information Memoranda (CIMs), management presentations, or transaction books used in RFP and sale processes-and understands how to translate complex healthcare financial and operational data into a cohesive, investor-ready narrative.

This role sits at the intersection of analytics, storytelling, and transaction execution and is critical to how Warbird delivers high-quality, market-facing materials.

Key Responsibilities

Transaction & RFP Content Development

Draft, edit, and finalize transaction materials including:

• Confidential Information Memoranda (CIMs)
• Management presentations
• Buyer-facing financial and operational summaries
• RFP and data-room narrative content
• Translate quantitative analyses into clear, credible, and compelling written narratives suitable for external distribution. Ensure materials are accurate, consistent, and aligned with transaction strategy and positioning.

Healthcare Financial & Operational Storytelling

• Develop written content that clearly articulates:
• Historical and projected financial performance
• Volume, acuity, and service line trends
• Labor productivity, staffing models, and cost structures
• Payor mix, reimbursement dynamics, and contract performance
• Margin drivers, risks, and value creation opportunities

Partner closely with financial, operational, and transaction advisory leaders to validate assumptions and messaging. Present data in a way that anticipates buyer questions and diligence priorities.

Project Delivery & Quality Control

• Manage multiple workstreams and deadlines across concurrent transactions.
• Coordinate inputs from subject matter experts, analysts, and engagement leads.
• Maintain high standards for clarity, tone, structure, and professional polish.
• Ensure all deliverables meet Warbird quality standards and client expectations.

Collaboration & Firm Enablement

• Work alongside investment banking and advisory professionals to support deal execution.
• Contribute to standard templates, style guides, and best practices for transaction materials.
• Support knowledge capture and refinement of Warbird's transaction deliverables over time.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5-10+ years of experience in healthcare advisory, investment banking, consulting, or transaction-focused professional services.
• Demonstrated experience drafting CIMs, transaction books, or RFP-ready materials for healthcare entities.

Strong understanding of:

• Healthcare financial statements and operating metrics
• Labor productivity and workforce analytics
• Payor contracting and reimbursement dynamics
• Exceptional writing, editing, and organizational skills with an ability to synthesize complex information.
• Experience working directly with senior leaders under tight timelines.
• Bachelor's degree required; healthcare administration, finance, or business background preferred.
