Description

Design Extraordinary Spaces. Lead Extraordinary Projects.

At Bluebell Fine Cabinetry & Design, we don't just design kitchens. We create the spaces where life happens.

Every project is deeply personal. Every home is unique. Every detail matters.

We're looking for a Project Designer who is equal parts designer, leader, and project orchestrator.

Someone who can take a vision and guide it from the first sketch through the final installation while inspiring clients, leading teammates, and collaborating with architects, builders, and craftsmen along the way.

If you thrive on solving complex design challenges, love building relationships, and refuse to settle for ordinary, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Be Trusted to Do

You'll lead luxury residential design projects from concept to completion.

That means you'll:

  • Create beautiful, thoughtful designs that balance creativity with functionality.
  • Guide clients through one of the biggest investments they'll make in their home.
  • Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and contractors to bring complex renovations and custom homes to life.
  • Lead and mentor fellow designers while helping elevate the entire team.
  • Manage schedules, budgets, specifications, and countless moving pieces with confidence.
  • Solve problems before clients ever know they exist.

You'll own your projects, but you'll never do it alone. You'll work alongside an incredibly talented team that's passionate about craftsmanship, collaboration, and delivering an exceptional client experience.

Who We're Looking For

You're someone who:

  • Has 5+ years designing kitchens, cabinetry, interiors, or luxury residential renovations.
  • Loves both design and execution.
  • Enjoys leading people just as much as creating beautiful spaces.
  • Can confidently present ideas and build trust with discerning clients.
  • Notices details others miss.
  • Takes ownership instead of waiting for direction.
  • Finds energy in solving complicated problems.
  • Wants to continuously grow your craft.

Why Bluebell?

We're not trying to become the biggest design firm.

We're focused on becoming one of the very best.

Our work has earned national recognition because we're obsessive about quality, details, and creating an experience that's just as remarkable as the finished space.

You'll have the opportunity to work on extraordinary homes, collaborate with exceptional clients and industry professionals, and help shape projects that demand creativity, technical excellence, and thoughtful leadership.

Just as importantly, you'll join a team that believes great culture doesn't happen by accident. We invest in our people, celebrate wins together, challenge each other to improve, and genuinely enjoy what we do.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid time off and holidays
  • Retirement plan options
  • Professional development opportunities
  • Voted Best Place to Work

If you're looking for a place where your designs matter, your leadership is valued, and your work leaves a lasting impact, we'd love to hear from you.

Apply today and help us create spaces that become the backdrop for our clients' lives.
