Blend technical development with strategy, deals, and execution.Job DescriptionProject Viability & Development Analysis Analyze key elements essential to project viability, including:Prospecting and identification of fossil and renewable energy project opportunitiesEnvironmental considerations associated with site fauna and floraPermit requirements at the municipal, state, and federal levelsComparison of technologies and matching gas turbines, modules, and other equipment to site-specific and customer requirementsSolar resource and site capacity analysis (where applicable)Legal agreements with public and private landownersLayout planning for production equipment, roads, and collector networksTransmission analysis and leading interconnection applications with utilities, RTOs, and ISOsNegotiation of power purchase agreements (PPAs) and fuel supply strategiesBidding & Proposal ManagementAnalyze RFPsLead and coordinate preparation and submission of bidsProject Planning & ExecutionDevelop timelines to monitor project progressDevelop, analyze, and ensure compliance with project budgetsSupport advancement of projects through development milestonesCollaboration & CommunicationWork effectively within multidisciplinary project teamsCommunicate with stakeholders, contractors, and internal project teamsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
