Essential Functions
These are the job duties required of the position.
Essential Functions
- Provides project oversight for the 21st Century Community Learning Centers (CCLC) program to ensure all deliverables are being met.
- Conducts various tasks associated with external evaluators and supervises grant employees.
- Provides assistance to 21st Century Community Learning Centers (CCLC) subgrantees, their contracted external evaluators, and Alabama State Department of Education (ALSDE) 21st CCLC representatives to ensure program fidelity in goal setting, annual performance reporting, and program improvement.
- Supports the yearly evaluation and monitoring of individual 21st CCLC site programs by developing a yearly calendar of evaluation trainings and deadlines.
- Provides training and ongoing support to external evaluators and subgrantees about evaluation processes and reports.
- Provides notification of upcoming deadlines, and provides feedback and reports to subgrantees, their external evaluators and ALSDE representatives on the submission, completion, and accuracy of required reports by the established timelines.
- Reviews required evaluation reports submitted by external evaluators and provides assistance to ALSDE representatives, technical assistants (TAs), and coaches in monitoring and supporting program improvement through checklists, protocols, and/or reporting systems to provide information about areas of concern, non-compliance, professional development needs, and support needs of 21st CCLC sites.
- Provides support to the State Evaluator in collecting data, distributing surveys, sending notifications of deadlines to stakeholders, and other assistance, as requested, by the State Evaluator and/or ALSDE.
- Interprets and enforces federal and state education guidelines and implements fidelity checklists.
- Regular and prompt attendance.
- Ability to work schedule as defined and additional hours as required.
- Related duties as required.
