We want to talk with individuals who have experience leading successful project management teams and developing customer relationships.The Director will be responsible for engineering project delivery, best practices and procedures and capability growth. Candidates should possess a minimum of 15 years of experience that include responsibilities for engineering project management across a significant portfolio. Strong business acumen is required along with solid experience in customer engagement. The individual should possess requisite leadership skills to motivate others, manage in a team environment, coordinate efforts and require a minimum amount of direction from senior management. This individual shall demonstrate effective communication skills and participate in the growth (i.e. selection, training and development) of engineering project management professionals.
