This position is set to start in October 2026

 

Position Summary: The SBHE Project Director of Seminole Behavioral Health Expansion (SBHE) project in the implementation oftheSystemofCare,Children’sMentalHealthgrantawardedbyFederalSubstanceAbuseMentalHealth ServiceAdministration(SAMHSA).TheProjectDirectorisamemberofthe SBHE grantmanagementteamandwillwork collaboratively to implement the strategic plan. This position requires knowledge and experience in Project Management, Systems of Care, Mental Health, Child/Youth serving systems and having leadership background in administration to successfully support implementationandadoptionofthegrantinitiativegoals.

 

Technical/Functional Expectations:

1.       Assist with Monitoring Program Performance/ Adherence to Contract Measures – essential function: This position works to monitor performance in accordance with contractual measures and provides strategic direction to produce desiredoutcomes.

2.       Clinical consultation – essential function: This position will provide mental health consultation to the Care Coordinators and Peer Advocates working with for children, youth and adults in SBHEprogram.

3.       Strength Based Family/Youth Centered Practice Orientation – essential function: This position is expected to work in a Strength Based Family-Centered manner in order to enhance Agency Wraparound philosophy andvalues.

4.       Data Reporting – essential function: Responsible for data tracking, analyzing and summarizing data, and data presentation in multiple forums.

5.       Continuous Learning: Attend workshops, review professional publications, and participate in professional societies to maintain current knowledge of instructionaltechnologies.

6.       Other duties as required: Job performance requires fulfilling other incidental or related duties as assigned, assisting and training others, and performing duties of higher rated positions for developmentalpurposes.

Business Experience:

  1. Master's Degree in a Social Service-related field or business-related fieldrequired.
  2. License in Mental Health, Social Work or relatedpreferred.
  3.  Two years' stable, progressively responsible project management and high level supervisory, Wraparound and system of care experience required.
