Project Director

Looking for an energetic, motivated, extraordinary person to be "right hand man" to owner and lead a team of their own. Will help work and manage cleaning jobs of post construction cleans, commercial janitorial contracts, carpet and floor cleaning jobs (will clean carpet, tile, and upholstery for residential and commercial jobs). Must be responsible, have excellent communication/leadership skills, be able to encourage/lead others, assess project needs and meet them, meet deadlines, work hard with crew, and solve problems as they arise. Must be able to lift up to 75lbs. Must be 21 years old or older, have clean MVR.
