Our Water Infrastructure Group is rapidly expanding across the southern and western U.S., delivering some of the largest municipal water and wastewater projects in the market—$50M–$300M+ programs executed through CMAR and Progressive Design-Build.
We’re hiring a Project Director to lead large-scale water infrastructure projects from pursuit through closeout. In this senior leadership role, you’ll have real autonomy—owning the project, building your team, driving preconstruction, managing client relationships, and delivering results. You’ll partner with municipalities, river authorities, and regional water authorities on transformative projects that are reshaping how communities' access and treat water.

Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand, and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment, and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
