The Panther Group is seeking a Project Engineer to support a leading aerospace and defense manufacturer in the Greater Boston area. This is an exciting opportunity to work on advanced defense programs while collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams in a highly technical environment.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate, plan, organize, and track engineering projects from initiation through completion.
Serve as the Control Account Manager (CAM) for Advanced Programs.
Maintain and update the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), ensuring alignment with program milestones and resource plans.
Act as the primary liaison for material procurement, overseeing requisitions, receipt verification, and kitting activities.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and communicate status updates to internal stakeholders.
Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to improve project execution, efficiency, and documentation quality.
Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and program management teams.
Support Advanced Test Equipment (ATE) programs and engineering initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience.
Experience building strong relationships across cross-functional teams.
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced engineering environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience serving as a Control Account Manager (CAM).
Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience.
Experience supporting engineering or manufacturing programs within the defense or aerospace industry.
SAP experience.
Familiarity with DFARS (Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement).
Work Environment
Full-time, onsite position.
Primary work location is Andover, MA, with occasional work in Chelmsford, MA.
4/10 first shift schedule.
