We are currently seeking Project Engineer, with the below qualifications:

Professional Attributes

Project Engineer plays a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects within a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for managing the technical and administrative aspects of multiple projects to ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality compliance. The Project Engineer serves as a key liaison between engineering teams, project managers, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring that all phases of a project are executed efficiently and in accordance with company standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution
• Develop detailed project plans outlining scope, objectives, deliverables, resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.

• Schedule and coordinate project milestones, ensuring all tasks align with the overall project strategy.

2. Team Collaboration & Communication
• Work closely with project managers, cross-functional engineering teams, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are clear.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between clients, engineers, and project management to interpret client needs and field requirements.

3. Technical Leadership & Support
• Provide engineering expertise and technical guidance throughout all project phases.
• Solve Technical challenges and advise on engineering design strategies.
• Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions and deviations occur.

4. Documentation and Quality Control
• Maintain comprehensive documentation including project plans, design documents, reports and regular status updates.
• Monitor project compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company quality guidelines.
• Oversee quality control on key aspects such as budget, schedule, design accuracy, and personnel performance.

5. Budget & Resource Management
• Monitor and manage budgets, including tracking costs and ensuring financial objectives are met.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to reduce project uncertainties.

6. Stakeholder Engagement
• Provide regular status updates, reporting on progress, challenges, changes in scope, and the overall health of the project.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients to align expectations with deliverables.

7. Team Leadership & Mentoring
• Assign responsibilities within the project team and mentor junior engineers or technicians.

8. Other Duties as Assigned
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and meet operational priorities.

Exposure

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Civil Engineering (or related field).

• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or industrial project engineering role.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, engineering principles, and manufacturing processes.
