Description

• The Project Engineer / Assistant Project Manager will support Project Managers and Senior Project Managers throughout the construction lifecycle, helping ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
  
  • Assist with project coordination from preconstruction through closeout
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
  • Track project schedules and support procurement activities
  • Participate in project meetings and maintain accurate reporting
  • Support budget tracking and cost control initiatives
  • Help ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
  
  
  

Profile

• For the Project Engineer / Assistant Project Manager, we are seeking:
  
  • 1+ years of commercial construction experience preferred
  • Experience supporting ground-up commercial projects
  • Understanding of construction processes, documentation, and project controls
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software
  • Desire to build a long-term career in commercial construction
  • Experience with mixed commercial projects preferred
  • Candidates heavily focused on multifamily construction will not be a strong fit
