Project Engineer

Project Engineer

The Project Engineer will support new product development and continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment. This role will work closely with production, tooling, quality, and operations to develop processes, troubleshoot manufacturing challenges, and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support new product launches and develop manufacturing processes.

• Review drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.

• Create engineering drawings, models, and process documentation.

• Partner with production and tooling teams to troubleshoot and optimize processes.

• Analyze production data to improve cost, cycle time, quality, and efficiency.

• Support PFMEAs, control plans, process flows, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Assist with evaluating and implementing new manufacturing equipment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering

• 3+ years of manufacturing or product engineering experience.

• Metal component manufacturing experience preferred.

• Ability to read engineering drawings; GD&T knowledge preferred.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Lean/Six Sigma experience is a plus.

Salary Range: $100,000-$125,000
