We hope youre one of them.The Role:At Vivmark, our Project Engineers play a critical role in bringing multifamily developments from plan to reality. Working closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and consultants, youll help drive the processes that keep complex construction projects organized, compliant, and moving forward on schedule. Based on the underlying job specification for the role, Project Engineers are responsible for coordinating project documentation, vendor information, change management, and construction administration activities.What Youll DoCoordinate and manage submittals, shop drawings, samples, and related approvals throughout the construction processMaintain project records, including plans, specifications, contracts, RFIs, change documentation, and as-built drawingsTrack and distribute project information to internal stakeholders and trade partnersSupport the administration of subcontractor agreements and change ordersAssist with project requisitions, invoicing, and payment processingManage closeout documentation, including operations and maintenance manualsTrack jobsite purchases and rental equipmentHelp ensure compliance with permitting and regulatory requirementsCoordinate punch list activities and project closeout effortsMaintain project safety documentation and recordsWhat Were Looking ForBachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related fieldApproximately 3 to 5 years of experience supporting commercial, multifamily, mixed-use, or related construction projectsStrong organizational and project coordination skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and construction project documentation processesHigh attention to detail and commitment to accuracy How Vivmark Supports You:We know that our teams are the beating heart of our success and we re committed to showing our appreciation.We offer:A competitive benefits package that supports your health, financial well-being, and work-life balance, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, paid vacation and company holidays, and exclusive team member housing discounts.Additional Info:Vivmark Residential is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and is committed to an inclusive and diverse work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
