Job Description
Coordinate and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion. Assist in reviewing and approving project designs, plans, and specifications. Collaborate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to maintain clear communication and project alignment. Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Prepare and present project reports to management and stakeholders. Identify and address potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Support the procurement process by evaluating bids and selecting contractors. Ensure adherence to local building codes and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Engineer should have: Experience with construction project management and coordination in the property industry. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Proficiency with project management tools and software. A degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
