Actively work with Project Controls to ensure compliance throughout all project phases by identifying project changes, evaluating potential cost variances, and determining schedule impact before the changes are implemented.
Manage engineering change control with minimum supervision to maintain engineering schedule and manhour estimates.
Take an active role in supporting department/company process improvement activities, and mentor less experienced Project Engineers.
Review proposal specifications for potential projects, detect areas where potential clarifications and exceptions need to be identified, and negotiate terms opposite the customer.
