Project Engineer - Civil Site Development - Woodbridge, VAProject Engineer - Civil Site Development - Woodbridge, VA will:Support Project Managers in planning, coordination, and execution of site development projectsTrack project budgets, schedules, and documentation to ensure alignment with project goalsAssist in subcontractor coordination, RFIs, submittals, and change ordersConduct site visits and ensure work is progressing according to planUtilize internal systems and tools for reporting, scheduling, and communicationMaintain clear communication with internal teams, clients, and field personnelHelp drive project efficiency through proactive coordination and problem-solvingThis is a full-time, in-office role (M-F) based out of Woodbridge, VA. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.Project Engineer - Civil Site Development - Woodbridge, VA will have:1-2+ years of experience in civil construction or site developmentExposure to commercial, residential, or infrastructure site projects preferredStrong understanding of construction processes and documentationProficiency with Excel and scheduling tools (MS Project or similar)Comfortable working in both office and field environmentsStrong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team settingDegree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferredProject Engineer - Civil Site Development - Woodbridge, VA will receive:Bonus: 2%-15% performance-based (project financials, leadership behaviors, client feedback)Mileage reimbursement for site visitsPTO: 2 weeks PTO + 1 week sick time, with an additional PTO week added at 3-year tenureFlexible Work Culture: Occasional WFH for appointments, flexibility around late nights/long weeksHealthcare: United Healthcare with ~70-75% employer contribution for individuals and dependentsTechnology & Tools: Apple IOS systems running Windows; PlanSwift, Roctek, Foundations, Motion, Google Suite, MS Project, and internal CWP templates
